The paper addresses the issue of the education level or rural inhabitants of Poland's Kujawsko-Pomorskie (Kujawy-Pomerania) voivodship. This is achieved against the background of the educational level of the rural population nationwide, and the relationship between education and the rate of unemployment is also presented. Finally, a last section speaks of the possibilities of rural levels of education in this part of the country being increased. - (BJ)
