This paper engages with current debates concerning reflexive research processes. It applies a relational concept of difference - recently envisaged as betweenness - to highlight how gender and class difference can be used to reflect other
differences. It concludes that betweenness can help identify geographies of identity and culture.
Relationships between aggregation and iron oxides in Terra Rossa soils from southern Italy
This paper reports the relationships between the mineralogy of the Fe oxides and aggregation in Terra Rossa soils of Southern Italy. Consideration is given to the possible interaction between Fe oxides and other constituents.

The relationship between altitude and hail frequency in the Transvaal
An exponential function is developed to describe the relationship between Transvaal hail day frequency and altitude. Some anomalies are also explained.

Political relations, cooperation between socio-political organizations, cooperation in the fields of education, science and culture, other forms of cooperation.
Morphostratigraphical levels of the non-glaciated region between the Northern and Alpine glaciations in Czechoslovakia in Glaciations quaternaires dans l'Hémisphère Nord.
The stratigraphic correlation between the Nordic and Alpine glaciations in Moravia is based on the study of fluvial accumulations.
Quantitative relationships between uplift and relief parameters for the Southern Alps, New Zealand, as determined by fission track analysis
In this paper the AA. quantify the relationship between the uplift and geomorphology of the S. Alps, by using regression analysis of empirical data sets. They study the point to point bivariate association between uplift and geomorphology, which
refers to the correspondence between uplift and geomorphology, over identical spatial locations.
Vzaimodeistvie mejdu procesite na industrializaciiata i urbanizaziia v Narodna Republika Bâlgariia. (Interrelations between the processes of urbanisation and industrialisation in Bulgaria)
Spatial development in Bulgaria can be described as interaction between industrial and urban growth. Hence the effective spatial structure of the productive forces is dependent on the optimal integration of these factors. To measure the level
of integration four criteria were used: increase of industrial employment, urban population, capital investment in industry and in social infrastructure, between which correlation coefficients were calculated. The national urban policy was realised
on a macroregional level, while essential deviations exist between districts.
A magnetostratigraphic comparison between 14 C years and varve years during the Late Weichselian indicating significant differences between the time-scales
Statistical correlations between the two independantly dated time-scales suggest that at 10 500-10 200 14 C years B. P. the varvechronology exceeds the 14 C chronology by the order of 500-600 varve/year. Further correlations between the time-scales
at 12 000 14 C years B. P. suggest that the difference between the chronologies increased steadily from 12 000 to 10 000 14 C years B. P. If these correlations are correct they imply that the 14 C production rate increased steadily during the Late
