This study describes the flow patterns, sedimentology and morphology of Dipper Harbour Creek, a small coastal New Brunswick stream whose lower reaches form a macrotidal estuary fringed by salt marsh. The tidal portion of Dipper Harbour Creek
exhibits strong down-valley gradients in morphology and sedimentology, suggesting some interaction of tidal and fluvial forces. This paper examines these forces and their effects on channel morphology in the lower reaches of this system. In particular
