Description :
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a major source of airborne fluorides on the geographical distribution of total fluoride in soils and natural vegetation. Samples of vegetation and soil were collected at different distances from the aluminium reduction plant during the summers 1985, 1986 and 1987. Discussion of the results (total damage area, severity of damage and accumulation levels of fluorids in soils and natural vegetation).
