The A. argues that some projects concerning the relationship between race and place were made to carry the weight of their advocates' moral evaluations of ethnic difference. There were the study of ethnoclimatology, the relationship between climate and human anatomy and culture, anthropanetric cartography and the study of the role of migration in early human evolution and racial differentiation.
