Chironomid evidence for late-glacial climatic reversals in Maine

The purpose of this paper is to apply the technique of chironomid analysis to sites in Maine, (two ponds: Trout and Tilley), in order to determine whether late-glacial warming there was monotonic, as suggested by previous pollen studies, or interrupted by climatic reversals.
