This article describes Slovenia's landform units, their basic morphometric indicators and the method of their determination using digital elevation model and geographic information system. In Slovenia 195 individual landform units and 8 landform unit groups were recognized using the relief coefficient (the geometric average of the height coefficient and the slope coefficient), which determines the spatial variability of height and slope simultaneously. - (L'A.).
