Description :
South of Budapest, the Danube formed a loess bluff of 30 to 50 m height along 180 km length, where landslides are frequent. Observations underline the role of infiltration above the impervious layer and the reduction of spring activity. Geological, geomorphological and other environmental factors have been mapped.
