Numerical study of effect of vegetation coverage on dryness of climate

A set of numerical experiments running for over 70 days are designed and performed with an improved Lorenz low-order moist spectral model. Results show that the extensive growth in vegetation coverage gives rise to the increase in model rainfall
and decrease in the number of successive rainless days, suggesting that vegetation coverage growth makes it possible to lead to some modification of dry climate.
