. As a result the accumulation of aeolian material and hence the particle size characteristics of the profile at any point is related in part to the present vegetation.
A small hill of about one square kilometer in eastern Samaria with differences in lithology, relief soil and vegetation, was investigated in order to study the effect of these variations on soil formation.
