This paper describes an interdisciplinary investigation on the effects of catchment morphometry on rainfall-runoff processes using Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and the hydrological model SAKE (runoff simulation model for small catchments
distributions and soil parameters. The AA. conclude that morphometric structures of soil distributions have a high relevance in hydrological modelling.
