Małopolska is well known as a region of outstanding nationwide natural beauty. It is characterized by a high share of self-sufficient farms and significant fragmentation of fields. A variety of leisure forms and spending free time becomes
increasingly important in the social and economic life of the Polish society. Małopolska may involve its economy to meet the needs of tourism and recreation now and in the future. The functions of rural areas are strongly associated with the operation
