Analyses of monthly pressure changes in India-Pakistan and the high pressure of the West Pacific, the surface temperature of the Pacific, and the snow cover of the Qinhai-Xizhang Plateau provide the bases for the conclusions that low temperatures
in summer in Northeast China are related with weak monsoon in India-Pakistan, that periodic climatic oscillation occurs with regular pressure anomaly, that there is negative correlation between low pressure of India-Pakistan and high pressure of South Asia
, and that summer mean percentage of rainfall anomaly on the Xizhang Plateau is related with the South Asia high and sea surface pressure of India-Pakistan. (TNC).
