Tree-ring dating of shore erosion events (Upper St. Lawrence estuary, eastern Canada)

This short contribution aims to present an example of reconstruction of erosion phases in a highly dynamic shore system, by means of dendrochronological analysis. The AA. attempt to connect tree ring patterns with past erosion features and to identify hydrologic events responsible for increasing geomorphic activity at shore forest interface.
