Micromorphology of a welded Sangamonian to Wisconsinian age paleosol in southwestern Wisconsin

The AA. present micromorphology data which support stratigraphic relationships suggesting that colluvial processes were important in the formation of basal loess mixed zones in addition to other possible mixing processes such as pedoturbation and bioturbation.
