Satellite thermography. A study of a Landsat-5 sub-scene over Stockholm

Description :
Landsat-5 TM band 6 data of the Stockholm area were examined. Atmosphere and emissivity corrected temperatures of individual objects and different landcover categories were analysed. The results indicate good possibilities of using Landsat-5 thermal data for temperature mapping of natural surfaces.
