This type of capital provision agency is a lender of last resort which only provides capital to businesses that have been rejected at least once by a conventional lender. The paper provides the general context within which the search for capital takes place. The distribution of the loans by geographical area and level in the ruban hierarchy is investigated. The AA. determine whether this agency has provided more support to small settlements.
