Description :
Zala Hills are rather homogeneous, regarding their relief and landscape types. In the county land use is mostly adjusted to relief type. Along the valleys, ratio of arable land is high (43,6 %), in contrast, in areas of hill-relief, forestry is overwhelming. For the last 200 years there have been minor changes in the land-use classes. - (DLO)
