The greenhouse effect, sea-level rise and coastal geomorphology

Auteur :
VILES, H. A.

Description :
Future sea-level rise provides a major challenge to coastal geomorphologists working in many different areas. Regional responses to a variable projected rate of sea-level rise will undoubtedly be complex and have major policy implications. Coastal geomorphologists can provide valuable information on the likely reaction of coastlines to sea-level change, as well as advising on suitable protection strategies.
