Absolute dating of the late-glacial period in Switzerland using annually laminated sediments

The two investigated sites are located in the Canton of Lucerne, on the Central Swiss Plateau : Rotsee and Soppensee. The AA. compare the results of the late-glacial radiocarbon chronology from Rotsee and on the late-glacial varve chronology from Soppensee and draw conclusions in order to obtain a better bio- and chronostratigraphic time resolution.
