Description :
This paper presents various Late Weichselian periglacial landforms which have been identified in the Bjergsted area. The investigation of the periglacial landforms is an important step in the development of a comprehensive deglaciation model for this area and essential for elucidating the climatic conditions during the Late-Glacial period in this part of Denmark. As a basis for the examination, a detailed geomorphological investigation has been carried out on the evolution of the present landscape and consequently the glacial history of the regional area has been reconstructed.
