Description :
Problems of cyclicity exist in all spacio-temporal scales accessible to science. Planetary, solar and galaxical cycles are considered within the range of 109 years which are recorded by geological and biological indicators. Possibilities of long range forecasting are determined by the existence of determined components in natural processes. These components are represented either with the help of physical models if the main mechanism of their origination have been brought out, or with the help of mathematical functions, if these mechanisms have not been finally established.―(L'A.).
