The AA. utilize monthly and annual means of the wind speed for 15 years of observations at two meteorological stations, pointing out the maximum and minimum speeds and the frequency of the different classes of speed. It is discussed, also, the efficiency of the generators of energy based on the wind.―(M. Vârlan).
