Appraisal of World Reference Base for soil resources - from a nordic point of view

Description :
The WRB (World Reference Base for Soil Resources) classification of 13 different soils from Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, is comparedwith the FAO and Soil Taxonomy classification. This highlighted some of the classification problems. This paper will propose changes to the WRB in order to improve the performance of the system for Nordic soils.
