Description :
Social achievement in the world is dependent to a great extent on the development of mineral resources. A changing pattern of the life-cycle in mineral consumption, with a general pattern of introduction, growth, stability and decline, is seen as a determinant factor not only to the transformation of industrial structure, but also to the infrastructural construction, industrial location, the spatial organization of urban development as well as regional environmental protection.
