Territorial aspects of water quality in the Lužnice River Basin (South Bohemia) with special emphasis put on the running water. The impact of different human activities on the water quality has been studied. The main role of phosphorus as a driving force of eutrophication was emphasized. The results are especially important for the regime in the protected area Třebonsko as a part of the international systeme of Biosphere-Reserve. - (MS)
