Cultural-historical continuity between Sonora and Arizona

Auteur :
HARNER, J.P.

Description :
Sonorans have always been the dominant Mexican migrants to Arizona. Historically these people crossed the border to work in agriculture and mining; today the Sonoran influx is directed to service jobs in cities. From 1910-1920, Tucson was a haven for Sonoran refugees from the Mexican revolution. - (DWG)
