Regional disparities in the Czech Republic are compared with those in EU member countries. Since the unemployment rate in the Republic is low, the interregional disparities seem small. The coefficient of variation reveals the contrary. The interregional disparities in average incomes are still only a fraction of those in economic performance of the administrative regions. - (MS)
