Ponga, glass and concrete. A vision for urban socio-cultural geography in Aotearoa/New Zealand

Auteurs :
LEES, L.
BERG, L.D.

Description :
In accepting that Aotearoa is no-longer a rural nation there are possibilities for the study of urban socio-cultural geography-the effects of urbanisation on the lives of New Zealanders. Contemporary social geographical theories have produced a new cultural geography. The AA. argue that this new cultural geography could provide important theoretical avenues for the development of an indigenous New Zealand urban socio-cultural gegraphy.
