Residential mobility in selected Russian cities: an assessment of survey results

Description :
To support the preparation of a housing-sector loan, the World Bank commissioned the Urban Institute in 1993 to organize a set of surveys, including a household survey, in the seven cities that the Bank team thought investments financed by the loan might be concentrated. The surveys were conducted in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novgorod, Nizhniy Novgorod, Barnaul, Tver', and Rostov-on-Don.
