Description :
The results of measurements of the soil heat flux obtained by means of two different methods: 1) indirect measuring method based on the soil heat capacity (for the heat flux computations employing the heat capacity - temperature difference method) and 2) method of direct measurements of the soil heat flux density by fluxmeters (soil heat plates) are presented. These investigations were carried out on a bare field of chernozem (without vegetation) in Moldova in August 1989. Statistical characteristics of revealed differences between measured and calculated values. - (DG)
