This paper presents the scale of this effect on the parallel 52°N (which crosses the central part of temperate zone). Zonal climatic factors determinate the inflow of solar radiation. The most important azonal factors of climate in the temperate zone are: distance from oceans (Atlantic or Pacific), altitude above sea level, and orography or the Earth's surface. 2 parts: 1) profiles of the most important elements of climate along the studied parallel ; 2) the annual course of air temperate and atmospheric precipitation on the chosen station along the parallel 52°N. - (DG)
