Description :
A series of rainfall and runoff experiments were conducted in three areas of denuded, intensively gullied, low-angled slopes in a semi-arid part of Kenya: Lameluk, Eldume and Marigat Airstrip. The objective of the study was to link the surface response to wetting to the observed erosion features, especially gullying. Suggestions are made for erosion control measures for each area.
