Description :
The objective of the study was to examine loose soil material, and to determine whether it is part of a permanent or temporary deposit of river sediments, and if there are differences in its spatial arrangement, which may be traced back to transportation or sedimentation processes. In addition, the process of grain-size analysis was examined with regard to its suitability for providing information while using descriptive, statistical parameters.
