Description :
In the present study factor analysis based on 12 components is used. In the knowledge of data structure the necessary factors were created by factor analysis. The analysis resulted in two main factors. This study is of double aim : theoretical and, primarily, methodological investigation of the evaluation of the physical environment and the application of methods in a test area, in the Danube Bend Mountains (Börzsöny and Visegrád mountains). The practical significance of the topic tackled in the study is great in view of the survey of natural resources in Hungary, founding environmental protection and regional development.
