Description :
A number of soil properties related to runoff generation and erosion, have been studied along an altitudinal transect in the Judean Desert. At three locations experiments with a Morin rainfall simulator were undertaken to study infiltration, runoff, sediment production and solute release. The potential for studying relationships between processes and climate in the Judean Desert is concluded to be high.
