In the course of neo-industrially determined structural change, the corridor for decentralisation potential is defined by locational qualities of complex specialisation. The models for decentral concentration under discussion seem to accommodate this in various ways: While relief-locations for the development of urban regions may be combined with microrelations as a potential for the structuring of settlements, urban networks would still require the clarification of synergetically promising networking subjects and distances. - (MT)
