Use of magnetic and radiometric measurements to investigate erosion and sedimentation in a British upland catchment

Auteur :
HUTCHINSON, S.M.

Description :
The aim of this multiple application of soil erosion techniques is to assess the mutual compatibility of the inferences derived from each approach and, in particular, to test a crucial assumption of the caesium method in a British upland catchment. Furthermore, in addition to the use of 137Cs, the potential value as a geomorphic tracer of the natural fallout radionuclide unsupported 210Pb has been explored.
