This study is an interesting field for the reflection of a regional and national democratic approach in governing the state. The consultative council and the legislative council gave way to the fist formation of a state parliament in 1963. It history was faltered in 1976 and in 1986. Election took place on october 1992. Religious fondamentalist movements succeeded in winning more seats than in the past. Democracy is seen as the right path for ruling the country.
