This paper reports the sedimentary and thermoluminescence evidence from barrier beaches dating from the Last Interglacial at Middle Lagoon (also known as Tanja Lagoon) and Gillards Beach, 4-6 km north of the mouth of the Bega River, on the far south coast of New South Wales.
