Geomorphological development of the eastern margin of the Australian Craton

Description :
In this paper, the development of several major uplands located at or near the eastern margin of the Australian Craton is considered. It is not intended that each and every range and plateau be discussed; rather, the AA. will consider regions of contrasting structure and those for which the evolution is reasonably well established. In this way the AA. will endeavour to find a sound foundation for conceptual debate and for discussion of the implications of the evidence for general theories of landscape evolution.
