A new view on neotectonics

A new concept of neotectonics within the framework of geotectonics is discussed in this article. The A. applied the principles of synergetics and periodicity. Neotectonics can be regarded as a discipline studying, above all, the Earth's crust and the changes that occurred there in the time span from the Badenian to the Recent.
