Description :
The purpose of this report is to define the sedimentary characteristics of the subsurface lithologic units of the Abu Quir bay and interpret their geological evolution. These information would help in predicting the best site for installing a new platform at Abu Quir bay. Also it can be useful to search for borrow sand used for beach nourishment.
