The nature of short-periodic Climate Variation and its relation with water exchange

Description :
In this paper, the problem of the nature of short-periodic climatic changes of some decades is discussed. Solar energy flux variation seems to be the main cause of those changes. Analytical approach to solve this problem based on application of the theory of perturbation is described.
