Critical reviews of geographical perspectives on business organization of production: towards a network approach

Auteur :
YEUNG, H.W.C.

Description :
The article aims to present three recent theoretical perspectives in economic geography: the post-Fordist flexible specialization thesis; the regulationist perspective; network analysis. The basic argument is that, despite decades of geographical studies of industrial location and economic activities, there is much more still to be understood about the geography of business organizations and production systems.
