Description :
This paper describes three sets of erosion plots, each set of which was installed adjacent to the gauging site of a watershed monitored for discharge and sediment. Each plot is equipped with instrumentation for instantaneously recording runoff rate and for sampling sediment during an event to facilitate local verification of process-based models applied to the associated watersheds. Special emphasis has been placed on cool-period recording.
