Deindustrialisation and the reality of the post-industrial city

Essays in honour of Gordon Cameron

Auteur :
LEVER, W. F.

Description :
At the level of the individual city the situation is often considerably more complex than at the general or aggregate level, and the positive and negative attributes are less easy to compare. The example of Glasgow and the surrounding conurbation is used to characterise the major elements in the processes and as a test bed for current urban policy.
