Climate change and altered runoff in the semiarid portion of Mono Basin, Caifornia
Auteur :KENT, C.A.
Description :
The purpose of this paper is to assess the hydroclimatic response of the semiarid portion of the Mono Basin to small changes in long-term mean temperature and precipitation. A climatic water budget model for the Cottonwood Creek and Bridgeport Creek watersheds in the north-central portion of the Mono Basin is employed to simulate existing hydroclimatic processes and the alteration of these processes in response to climate change.
