The first part of this paper presents a review of methods used in the formulation of regional climate scenarios, while the next two parts contain an example of a regional climate scenario for Poland based on the output of the ECHAM1/LSG model, and some results of the hydrological assessments of the responses of Polish catchments to climate change. Some of the results are discussed.
