Changes in the extent of erosion in the Tugela catchment, 1944-1981

Stereoscopic air photographs from 1944/5 and 1976/81 were used to identify eroded areas in the Tugela catchment area. No difference was detected between African and European lands and the extent of erosion declined. - (AJC)
